| 一、Svc Manager |
| North Asia Service Manager ensures that the company provide excellent customer service for both Bondtest & X-Ray machine for customers in China/Hongkong /Taiwan/Korea. They may work at various levels, from head office to the front end of the business. Work might include: helping to develop a customer service policy for an entire organisation; managing a team of services engineer; or handling face-to-face enquiries from customers: |
| 1. |
providing help and advice to end-customers and distributors; |
| 2. |
continous improvement of customer service, keeping ahead of developments in customer service |
| 3. |
investigating and solving customers' problems (these may be more complex or long-standing problems that have been passed over by customer service engineer); |
| 4. |
handling customer complaints or any urgent support; |
| 5. |
provide training and manage agents / distributors'service team |
| 6. |
strengthen service operations at customer sites to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. |
| 7. |
developing feedback or complaints procedures; |
| 8. |
developing customer service policies and standards; |
| 9. |
develop the service model and define business process and procedures |
| 10. |
being involved in staff recruitment and appraisals; |
| 11. |
training service engineer to deliver a high standard of customer service; |
| 12. |
leading or supervising a team of service engineer; |
| 13. |
communicate regularly with the main office in UK & Singapore | |

| Required qualifications for the candidates |
Pre-Requisites
Candidate must possess high level of integrity, with a hands-on attitude
Excellent English and Chinese both in written and oral. Dage Bondtesters / X-ray knowledge or equivalent is preferred
Professional Experience
Min 5 years related working experience in the high technology capital equipment industry. Dage Bondtesters / X-ray knowledge or equivalent is preferred

| 二、Svc Engineer |
| 1. |
Installation and maintenance of Dage products installed, including trouble-shooting, retrofits, upgrades, etc, of both hardware and software. |
| 2. |
Build strong relationship and interface effectively with Product Team in organizing support to close all field service issues in a timely manner. |
| 3. |
On-site meeting/contacts with customers to monitor equipment and service issues, evaluate customer needs and provide after sales service offerings. |
| 4. |
Build strong relationship with key decision makers at customer sites, and provide feedback on competitive environment. |
| 5. |
Provide training and manage agents / distributors'service team |
| 6. |
Strengthen service operations at customer sites to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. |
| 7. |
Frequent overtime is required. | |

| Required qualifications for the candidates |
1.Minimum 3 years experience as service engineer in high technology capital equipment industry.
2.Min CETS 4 in spoken and written English Language
3.Degree in B.Sc / B.S. engineering or equivalent.
4.Dage Bondtesters / X-ray knowledge or equivalent is preferred |
