Electrolube will exhibit a new peelable coating mask, PCS, at Bohai Electrnics week, Booth E28. PCS is water based and environmentally friendly. Non-corrosive to most substrates, the new coating mask is a flexible synthetic acrylic latex with good solvent resistance, making it ideal for masking components, connectors and other items during a conformal coating process. On application the mask is pink and changes to a darker colour once cured.

PCS ensures that sensitive items and areas requiring further processing are not coated and is particularly suitable for protecting areas from ingress of conformal coating, e.g. pin connectors, adjustable pots and IC sockets. The high film strength of PCS means that it can be peeled by hand without breaking or leaving residues. One of the benefits of PCS is that it peels very easily after the cure process. It is suitable for use with dip, spray or brush applied conformal coatings and is both low odour and free from ammonia.

Amongst the many products on display, Electrolube will also show WBPs, it's highly popular water based conformal coating, Resin Stop, a new fluoropolymer coating and LFFR, a Lead Free Flux Remover.
