Electrolube, a division of the H K Wentworth Group, will exhibit a wide range of high performance electro-chemicals for electronics, automotive and industrial manufacturing at Bohai Electronics Week, Booth E28. Electrolube is a leading UK manufacturer with an extensive product portfolio including resins, contact lubricants, cleaning solutions, conformal coatings, thermal management and maintenance and service aids. Amongst the many products on display, Electrolube will show its highly popular water based conformal coating, WBPs, formulated for the protection of electronic circuitry. WBPs has been highly acclaimed by leading selective coating equipment providers, such as PVA in New York, who recently trialled the coating successfully. WBPs eliminates the need for extraction and is non-flammable. Containing low levels of VOCs and free from isocyanates, WBPs can be soldered through without fear of highly toxic gases being produced. WBP is the standard product while WBPs (Sprayable) has been specifically formulated and tested for use in selective film coating equipment. Electrolube's new fluoropolymer coating, Resin Stop, will also be exhibited. It is ideally suited for coating machinery, jigs, moulds and many other substrates likely to come into contact with resin such as aluminum, stainless steel, glass and numerous plastics. Once applied to the substrate, Resin Stop provides a dry film that prevents most epoxy and polyurethane resins adhering. Once the resin has fully cured it can then simply be peeled off. The new coating, once applied, also offers multiple release cycles which help to increase productivity by eliminating the need to clean mould tools and similar equipment. LFFR, a Lead Free Flux Remover, will be on show and has been designed specifically to work on boards produced using lead free processes. LFFR is a fast-drying solvent cleaner formulated for the quick and efficient removal of lead free residues. Lead Free Flux Remover is effective on R, RA, RMA and No Clean flux residues and features a 100% ozone-friendly solvent to leave a perfectly clean and dry surface, without the greasy deposits often left by conventional solvents. Electrolube's products are specified and widely used for the manufacture and maintenance of electrical and electronic components and assemblies in a wide range of market segments from automotive, military, industrial and consumer electronics to aerospace, marine, telecoms and medical.
